Owned channels

A voice, not a posting schedule

Editorial planning, production, and community handling for companies whose audience can tell the difference between having something to say and having something scheduled.

In short

Rynexor manages owned social channels for B2B and technical brands: editorial planning, production, publishing, and community response. The work is built around a defined editorial position. Volume without a point of view produces reach that never converts.

What this covers

4 areas

01

Editorial position

What this company is willing to say that its competitors are not. Everything else follows from that, and without it a calendar is just scheduling.

02

Production

Writing, design, and short-form video built for each platform, not one asset cropped four ways.

03

Community handling

Replies, direct messages, and the escalation path for the day something goes wrong in public: agreed before it is needed, not during.

04

Executive and founder presence

Ghost-written where you want it, coached where you do not. In B2B a named person consistently outperforms a brand account, and it is not close.

How it runs

Stages, in order. Each one produces something you keep.

  1. Stage 01

    Audit and position

What the channels currently say, what the audience actually responds to, and what the company is prepared to commit to.

  2. Stage 02

    Editorial system

Formats, cadence, approval path, and a tone document specific enough to be useful to someone who has not met you.

  3. Stage 03

    Production and publishing

A working pipeline with review built in, so approval stays a pipeline step and does not become the bottleneck.

  4. Stage 04

    Community

Response handling within agreed hours, with escalation rules for anything sensitive.

  5. Stage 05

    Review

Monthly against goals set at the start, not against whichever metric happened to rise.

What you get

  • Editorial position and tone document
  • Rolling content calendar with formats and owners
  • Produced assets, delivered in editable source files
  • Community response playbook including crisis escalation
  • Monthly review against goals agreed up front

Questions we get asked

Which platforms do you work on?

LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and YouTube, plus TikTok where the audience is genuinely there. We will say when a platform is not worth your time, which for most B2B companies applies to at least one of the channels they are currently maintaining.

Do you guarantee follower growth?

No. Followers can be bought, and buying them damages reach and credibility at the same time. We set goals around qualified engagement and inbound conversations, which are harder to fake and worth more.

Who owns the accounts and the content?

You do, throughout. Accounts stay under your ownership with delegated access, and source files are handed over as they are produced, throughout the engagement.
