Platform and catalogue
Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento. Product data structure, variants, pricing rules and the taxonomy that decides whether anything is findable. Painful to change later, cheap to get right now.
Online retail operations
Platform work, marketplace channels, stock and order integration, and the conversion work that decides whether traffic becomes revenue.
E-commerce management covers the running of an online store and the systems behind it: platform configuration on Shopify, WooCommerce or Magento; marketplace channels; integration with ERP, CRM and inventory systems; and conversion work on product, cart and checkout. Rynexor treats platform, channels, and back-office systems as one operation.

01
Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento. Product data structure, variants, pricing rules and the taxonomy that decides whether anything is findable. Painful to change later, cheap to get right now.
02
Listing management, inventory sync, order routing and pricing control across marketplaces. Selling the same stock in four places without a single source of truth is how you oversell and get suspended.
03
Connecting the store to ERP, accounting, CRM, warehouse and shipping. Most e-commerce problems that look like website problems are two systems disagreeing about stock.
04
Product page, cart and checkout, tested against real traffic before redesign. Checkout is where the money is lost and where changes read fastest.
Stage 01
Where revenue comes from, where it leaks, and which step of the funnel is actually the constraint. Frequently not the one people expect.
Stage 02
One source of truth for stock, price and orders before anything is optimised. Optimising on top of disagreeing systems produces confident nonsense.
Stage 03
Marketplace listings and feeds set up so inventory cannot be sold twice and pricing cannot drift between channels.
Stage 04
A running test plan across product, cart and checkout, with sample sizes agreed in advance so results are not read early.
Stage 05
Ongoing management with monthly reporting against revenue, margin and return rate, not sessions.
Shopify for speed of operation and low maintenance; WooCommerce when you need full control and already run WordPress; Magento when catalogue complexity or B2B pricing genuinely demands it. Most replatforming projects are really solving an integration problem, and changing platform does not solve those.
Yes, and that is usually the point. The requirement is a single source of truth for stock and price; otherwise you sell the same unit twice, and marketplaces penalise cancellations hard.
Checkout and product page tests can read within weeks at reasonable traffic. Below a few thousand transactions a month A/B testing rarely reaches significance; when a test cannot conclude, we fix known friction first.
