Terms of use
These cover the website. The terms that cover actual work are agreed per engagement, in writing, and they take precedence.
Who these apply to
These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Rynexor Software from Istanbul, Türkiye. Using the site means accepting them. Signed engagement agreements for project work take precedence over these website terms.
What is on the site
The pages describing our services set out what we generally do and how. They are not an offer, a quotation, or a guarantee of a particular outcome. Anything binding is in a signed engagement agreement, and where that agreement and this page disagree, the agreement wins.
Writing and technical content
Articles and technical explanations here are published in good faith and are accurate as far as we know on the date shown. Security and advertising platforms both change without notice, so treat anything dated as dated. Do not run a technique from an article against a system you do not own or have written permission to test. That is your responsibility, not ours, and in most jurisdictions it is a criminal matter.
Ownership
The design, code, text and images on this site belong to us. You may read, quote and link to them freely, including quoting passages with attribution. You may not republish substantial sections as your own work, and you may not copy the design system wholesale.
Submitting a brief
Sending a brief does not create a contract and does not oblige either of us to proceed. Please do not send confidential material through the form. If the situation is sensitive, say so briefly and we will arrange a proper channel before you tell us the details.
Availability
We try to keep the site up and correct, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we may change or remove pages. Anything that is a live commitment (the disclosure policy, the accessibility statement) will not be quietly withdrawn.
Liability
We are liable for what the law does not let us exclude, and for our own fraud or wilful misconduct. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the website itself. Liability arising from actual work is dealt with in the engagement agreement, where it belongs.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU, this does not remove protections you have under the law of the country you live in.
