About

A technical agency, based in Istanbul

We test whether your systems hold up under attack, and we help bring the right people to them (work usually split across two vendors).

In short

Rynexor is a technical agency based in Istanbul, founded in 2015, working across Türkiye, Cyprus, the Gulf and Europe. It combines offensive security testing with performance advertising, social media management, and search visibility work.

Scopes, reviews, and the first reply to a brief come from the people doing the work, not a queue that reassigns unread mail.

Why both

Security firms and marketing agencies rarely share a brief, and clients pay for that silence. The team buying traffic may not know a login form leaks valid usernames. The team that found the leak may not know a campaign is about to send forty thousand people through it.

Both disciplines fail the same way when numbers are taken on trust: an ad platform scoring its own results, or a scanner declaring a clean run without anyone checking what it missed.

Keeping both in one place means those conversations happen before a campaign goes live, not after an incident report. Not every client needs both lines. Many need someone who can see the connection.

Where we work

Bases
Istanbul (Türkiye) · Kyrenia (Northern Cyprus). Istanbul is primary; Kyrenia covers regional work in Northern Cyprus.
Primary markets
Türkiye, Cyprus, the United Arab Emirates, and Europe. Work is taken worldwide where the engagement justifies it.
Languages
English and Turkish. Reports are delivered in English unless you ask otherwise.
Remote or on site
Most work is remote. On-site is available in Istanbul and, for engagements that justify the travel, across the region.

How we are set up

Senior delivery
The people who scope your engagement are the people who run it. Work is not sold by one team and handed to another, which is where most of the gap between a proposal and a delivery comes from.
Fixed scope, fixed price
Assessments are quoted as a defined piece of work with a defined output. If the scope grows mid-engagement, we stop and re-quote. We do not absorb extra work silently and thin out the delivery.
Evidence you keep
Raw data, tooling configuration, dashboards and reasoning are handed over as they are produced. Nothing is held back as leverage at renewal.
Named accountability
One named lead per engagement on our side, one on yours. Escalation goes to a person, not to a shared inbox.
We say no
If an engagement will not pay for itself, we tell you before it starts and say what would. Turning down work that will not succeed is cheaper for both of us than delivering it.
